We had our mystery on Friday night April 11th. It was fun. There were about 21 ladies having a great time, sewing, talking, laughing, eating. It was a Debbie Caffrey pattern and everyone's choice of fabrics was great. I can't wait to see some finished.

The Posh collection from Moda has been popular. The Monkey's are due in this week, they are at the beach. Super cute.

Hubby surprised me with a night away to Huntington Beach. It was beautiful, the weather was perfect. We had dinner, walked on the beach  and oh, we went to Duke's and had Hula pie. Oh my gosh, it is macadamia ice cream with an oreo cookie crust, set on hot fudge. WOW!

For those of you who don't know much about me. I am married to my best friend Richard. Richard is a fireman and has been for 27 years. I have 5 children, a son-in-law, 1 grandbaby and one on the way. Kristin is 30, Breanna 20, Melissa 13, Nicolas 11 and Kiel 9. Addison May is 1 and has a brother or sister due in June.

I hope everyone is having a great weekend. The mystery we're having on April 11th is full. I was going to take 12 people we're up to 20. It is going to be so fun. We have another one scheduled in May.

More new fabrics. Posh by Moda is beautiful. Very happy looking collection. 

We're selling the Handi Quilter's, HQ sixteens. I am very impressed. When I went to training and the instructors Messed with the tension and bobbin case I about died. They handed me a bag of threads and said here make these work. We used a monofiliment, metallic, 30, 40 and 50 weight and a ribbon thread. They all worked by adjusting the tension and using a Superior pre-wound bobbin in the bobbin case. I could not believe it. The Pro- Stitcher is great also, it does just about everything the Statler Stitcher does.
